I know i know im terrible but i havnt forgotten. Im just tired into alot of stuff at the moment and waiting for my notebook and organizational materials to be delivered so i can proper detail and go over everything i mention in my last blog.
The sketches ive done have been posted up onto my facebook account so you can click on the links above to check them up from my main page not my fan page, which does remind me i have to do some serious updates to my fan page >_> I'll get around to that too.
My Sunday workout was amazing. Did 10 min run then HIITs style sprint run with 8 rounds 35 secs active, 15 secs rest and then other 10 min run right after followed by some legs and ab sets. Felt great.
So as you can see i've been well and ive been keeping up to date with most things just haven't had the time to post but I'll will gain properly after the first week of Feb so looking forward to posting and see you all soon.

Friday 13th sketch, few thoughts and apologies
Hey all let me first start off with apologies for no blog post on wednesday 11th.
I said i was going to do a post about productivity, planning, scheduling and such but work has been so overwhelming at the moment.
It cut into my schedule which sometimes happens so planning around unexpected overlap should always be estimated too so my blog that would have been for Wednesday will be this Sunday. I hope you all look forward to reading it and i hope you find some helpful stuff in it and again apologies.
Now onto my Friday 13th sketch. Its long over due sketch. Its one of my friends which i will not name here but I am going to on facebook as he will be tagged in the photo. I've been meaning to sketch him for long time now but never find the time to do it.

Sunday Workout
First i would like to say special thanks to mike from insanehomefatloss.com workouts and their youtube channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/sixpackshortcuts
I've been following them on youtube for awhile now. I find a lot of their stuff very interesting, helpful and motivating. I'm big fan of HIITs style workouts and when i saw the most recent video upload i had to incorporate it into my Sunday workout.
Below I am going to detail what the workout involved and what i did.
Now in the insanehomefatloss.com version they did jumping jacks and leg-ups as a warm up but i incorporated into the workout making it 10 different sets of exercises done in HIITs style with 30second active and 15seconds rest, rather then 8 different sets. Also in their version they said do 3 rounds of the same sets so in total should workout to be under 25mins workout. However as i warm up differently and always do a 15min jog first i changed mine to a 2 round.

1. Jumping Jacks
2. Leg Ups
3. Alternating Pushups
4. Standing towel pull up
5. In and Out Pushups
6. Bent-over Hell Raises with towel

9. Towel Snatches
10. Prayers

Round 1: e1: 37 e2: 75 e3: 21 e4: 11 e5: 12 e6: 12 e7: 8 e8: 7 e9: 12 e10: 10

I have to say some of the exercises were very intense. The alternating push ups and towel snatches being the most intense for me but differently work the body good. Loved the different exercises.
Different exercise i would recommend trying and i'd definitely be doing it again.

End of the first week of a new year and Goals for the year
End of the week
Well its been pretty mellow week i have to say specially considering i started the new year off being sick so half of the week I've spent in bed but on the upside I've stayed true so far to my new years revolutions but i have to say my dreams of late have been vexing me.
The dreams I've been having clearly play on my doubt of being able to uphold my new years revolutions goals but at the same time i like the feeling it gives me because it makes it even more of a challenge worth keeping. Hard times ahead and i love it.
As i mention in my last blog i was gonna make a dream journal and document all my dreams which i have been doing. I've only got two days in there so far but the dreams of those 2 days have been so intense, vivid and sexual that i don't know if i feel to post it up but I'm sure I'm going too at some point. Lets see how many of you are actually read and interested in my blogs and then I will decide haha. Although my blog is more about me be able to voice myself somewhere, where i know people can read, think and understand on things I've stated whether they comment on not doesn't really matter in the end because either way i still get the release i need.
Goals
During this first week I've been thinking a lot about goals. What i want to archive this year and how to go about doing it. I've come to one conclusion for myself. The only way is to set clear desirable goals but in segments that i want to archive and push myself step by step till i reach the end.
Saying your going to do something and doing, are two different things. If you want to stop doing something yes that can be easier then you think in most cases like a lot of stuff on my new years revolution list but goals that require hard-work, dedication, thought and motivation, requires plan.
So this week coming I'm going to be working very hard on developing a solid goal plan that involves everything i want to do and archive this year and building solid foundation for the future years ahead.
As i development my plan I will be blogging different ways, thoughts and guides that can help in the creation of planning but not only planning but what you truly want to archive and how to archive it, which i notice a lot of people lack. The word for this is Ambition
Ambition; an earnest desire for some type of achievement or distinction, as power, honor, fame, or wealth, and the willingness to strive for its attainment.

Dream Jonural and some Recent Updates
So this morning i woke up after having some shocking and weird dreams but at the same time they made me realize some aspects of my feelings and thoughts towards life and my place in it.
So ive decided to make a dream journal so i can document my dreams and reflect on what they mean to me and the shocking creativity of my mind when I'm in a dream state =P
Few updates of recent activities, ive been wanting to learn a few new languages and i did a random selection and landed on Russian. ^^ So yep Russian is the new language I'm gonna learn this year. I've already started a few lessons and I'm loving the language. Once ive masted a fair bit i will also travel to Russia if possible and explore so I'm very excited about this.
I've finally updated my schedule planner of personally development activities throughout the weeks of the whole year, although i still need to make some improves and add a few things here and there the outline is more or less done which I'm very please about. Keep my self busy specially considering my new years revolutions list will free me up with a lot of spare time and money ^^
I'm also, really looking forward to 'New Girl' a new TV sitcom launch, which is tomorrow on E4. If you haven't seen the adverts for it check it out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2qqojuj1zoU its looks pretty good and definitely my time of women but although I'm pretty sure women like this don't exist ¬_¬'

New Year, New Ideals, 2012 New Beginnings.
Hey all, Mr Terry Masters here LOL - Duh!!!
Yea, i know, i know i am very bad blogger! Always saying I'm back and gonna do regular updates and i don't but hopefully this year that will change.
Well its 2012 now and lets hope this year is a promising one. I'm everyone has expectations of this year and of themselves as i do myself.
Everyone talks about new years revolutions and how they gonna make changes in there lives but its true what Lukian Wang said;
'THE OFFICIAL* LUKIAN BLOG: Another New Beginning?: Have you been thinking about your New Year’s Resolution already? Let me guess. Oh wait, there's no point! No one keeps them anyway!'
most people just use it as ice breakers for conversation starters during the christmas period time or just empty thought as most thoughts tend to be these days. However what i have for my goals on my new years list is achievable and something ive set as personal goals for myself becuase its important to me. Everything we do is down to us and us alone. The only person who can truly lie to yourself is yourself.
I'm gonna list what my new years revolutions are below but their be few edits which you won't be aware of as its something personal to me and i don't wish to share it at the present moment.
