New Workout Structure

Hi there everyone, ive been doing some research and looking into what can greatly improve my daily workouts and now i have come out with a well structured workout plan and i just wanted to share it to see if anyone would be interested in doing it to or can take hints and tips from it to build on there own workout structred rountines.

The workout stucture consist of six workous prefer week and rest day. The workout starts from light moving to heavy then to medium which for me willl balance out nicely. The workout focus on cardio and muscle building for the arms, chest and abs. Building a health well defined body. Yes, definitely workout to look sexier LOL.

Now as many of you know i do my workouts in the morning before work, which generally is the best times for me. However you can conduct your workouts whenever you prefer but keeping it around the same time everyday sets good rhythm that the body system gets used to and you will find it easier to stick to that time. I know its unavoidable sometimes and everyone has different lives and can find it hard to find time workout and in that case working out when you can is better then not working out at all.

Here it is: My workout Structure,

Monday
Lite Cardio Workout - which will consist of running, HIITs and aerobics.

Tuesday
Lite Weight Training - which will consist of a 5 minute warm up run, 3 different sets of pushups and 2 lite superset with dumbbells on a bench for the chest

Wednesday
Heavy Cardio Workout - which will consist of running, HIITs, Aeroics and bootcampe style exercises focus on abs, back and leg

Thursday
Heavy Weight Workout - which will consist of a 5 minute warm up run, two warm-up pushup sets, 4 chest supersets prefered with dumbbells and 4 different types of arm workout sets that will focus on biceps, triceps and shoulders.

Friday
Medium Cardio Workout - which will consist of Running, HIITs Bootcamp style execrise focus on abs and legs

Saturday
Medium Weight Workout - which will consit of a 5 minute warm up run, pushups, 3 chest superset on bench and 2 different types of arm exercises focus on biceps and triceps and 2 back exercises.

Sunday
Rest

Terry Masters Life Update 1 & Dedication to great friends

Hey everyone.

Hows everyone doing. so sorry i havnt done any blogs recently, been so busy and all over the place. Not very good excuse i know, still working out but i do admit i have bit more lax then i would prefer but it does happen, the trick is always keeping motivated and changing routines. Everything else wise has been good.

Been having great time with my friends that i havent seen in awhile but recenly over the past two months or so i have been seeing them constantly and its been wonderfiul and made new friends too which is always a pleasure becuase i love meeting new people and socializing as many of you know.

Its hard to find good friends these days and i have say i got great calibur of friends now. Many know ive been going through lot of emotional stuff and i thank them all for beiung there for me. Big shout to my Poker boys, wilson, DFH girlys, Miss Double T, the Tu's, Old Skool crew, Crazy Ray of Sunshine, Sylvester and my Manager at work, hes always been great guy and inspiration to me and good friend too, which is rare in the workplace.

This year has been a terrible one with many heart breaking events but next year is looking brighter, always remaining positive but its not easy. so everyone thats been there for me thank you so much. I can honestly say if i won the lotto i know who i would share money with if i could lol. All about sharing the love becasue thats i got to left in me. ¬_¬'

Works good, saving money to go aboard next year, gonna have great time in san fransico and las vegas so definitely cant wait for that experience.

I have also been working on my vblogs but still not ready to up load them yet. They gonna be great hope and i hope you all will like them too.
